Warm up + 66 SSH to introduce the “ Route 66” workout

The Thang – Route 66
Completed on the one mile loop
At light pole 1, do 1 rep mosey to 2
Light pole 2, do 2 reps mosey to 3
Light pole 3, do 3 reps
Continue Up to light pole 11 where we finished with 11 reps…66 in total of each exercise.

Round 1 – burpees (“ Do you know how hard that’s going to be :joy:)
Round 2 – LBCs
3 x 22meter Hill Sprints (66m total)
Round 3 – Squats
Round 4- mountain climbers (modified for time but still got 66)
