Backblast from – jeremy.hemsworth

Yesterday we had 11 HIMs show up in the slightly above freezing gloom at #ao-the-square. One of which was a FNG, now known as Florida Man.

We started with warm up laps followed by a longer than normal set of warm up exercises. Of note was the focus on shoulders with seal claps, baby arm circles, air presses, and overhead arm claps.

From there, we moseyed over to City Hall where we started with an Indian Bear Crawl, followed by an Indian Lunge, topped off with a lap.

After that, we got to the Thang with two sets of B.O.M.B.S interspersed with a lap across the circle –

*Set 1*
20 Burpees
20 Overhead Arm Claps
20 Merkins
20 Big boy situps
20 Squats

*Set 2*
20 Bulgarian Single Leg Squats
20 Overhead arm claps
20 Monkey humpers
20 Burpees
20 Step-ups

We then moseyed back to the square for a few M.O.M.
LBCs, Flutter kicks, etc.
