Ab ring of fire — various planks and supermans to a 5-20 count.
Races in the parking lot – each pair ran 80%+ to the median and then moseyed back. Winner and loser did 10 burpees.
Rifle carried back to the start for COT. We prayed thanks for @hawker.alex’s return, and after, we stapled candy canes.
